GUIDE
During the time that the activities will be carried
out in this teaching unit, students will learn to make descriptions of their
daily life at school and in their immediate environments, and develop their
English communication skills both orally and written to talk about things
that are happening right now. They start to use TIC for supporting the
activities in class.
Teachers may use the suggested links that help students to reinforce
the topic with homework exercises through games and videos,
of which the teacher can propose different evaluative workshops.

will socialize through problemic question the basic structure of the present
continuous tense in the affirmative form, with an example: “The students are listening to the
teacher”.
4. We use the
Present Continuous Tense to talk about activities happening now and not
necessarily at this very moment.
5. Students
will develop a workshop in which they have to complete sentences in present
continuous tense using the correct conjugation of the verb to be according to
the person and the correct form to the verb with ing.
6. Students
will make sentences in present continuous tense in affirmative form,
considering daily activities of the school or their immediate context.
7. Oral
exercises in groups creating short conversations applied to real life.
8. Elaboration of
complementary workshops through physical guides.
9. Students
will develop workshops and short test activities about links.
